Celestine’s Approach

I’m an Autistic and ADHD therapist that understands the challenges of making and keeping relationships, the cycle of high performance then burnout, and being told repeatedly by the world that you’re too much and not enough.

I will help you find new approaches and ways to better manage your sensory needs, address past trauma from your misunderstood neurotype, and teach your alternative perspectives and approaches that can help you stop just surviving and start thriving. I operate from a perspective that is affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, Neurodiversity, and non-traditional relationships and constantly working towards social justice, anti-colonial, anti-racist practices and believes that self-diagnosis is valid.

Currently has a waitlist for new Individual Clients but accepting new Clients for In-Person Groups
