Celestine’s Approach
I’m an Autistic and ADHD therapist that understands the challenges of making and keeping relationships, the cycle of high performance then burnout, and being told repeatedly by the world that you’re both too much and not enough.
I will help you find new approaches and ways to better manage your sensory needs, address past trauma from being misunderstood, and teach your alternative perspectives and approaches to shift from surviving and start thriving. Specifically, my perspective is affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, Neurodiversity, and non-traditional relationships and constantly working towards social justice, anti-colonial, anti-racist practices and that self-diagnosis is valid.
Currently has a waitlist for new Individual Clients and actively recruiting new Clients for In-Person Groups (Late Identified Autistic Adults) starting September 1st. Her next Therapeutic D&D Group won’t be until later this year.
Specialities
I help Neurodivergent Clients with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing Disorder between the ages of 16 and 65 who are suffering with anxiety, depression, anger, burnout, relationship difficulties, and executive functioning issues; clients who constantly feel either overwhelmed or unstimulated and powerless to change and struggle creating effective routines, systems that actually work for their brain.
