You are not alone.

When Life Deals Us a Painful Blow

No matter who you are or how you live your life, you will suffer the loss of someone or something you care deeply about.

And when you do, your life will change forever.

Share your burden.

When a group of people with a shared language of loss come together, it helps us better understand our own needs while building connections with others and the world.

How the Groups Work

We run a number of groups concurrently depending on the needs of our clients. These sessions are weekly or every other week and generally run for 8 – 16 weeks. Each group is small and closed to additional participants once started, enabling greater opportunity to share, heal and grow.

Using a combination of sharing, learning, and skill building you can move through your loss and find a way to live your life fully despite it.

Group therapy reminds you that you aren’t alone, and you don’t have to heal and grow alone.
